Up and At 'Em!

Want to feel energized upon waking?

After your alarm clock goes off (and after you've realized it's getting too late to keep hitting the snooze button) take at least five long deep breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth. Feel your belly rise and fall. Deep breathing increases circulation in the body helping to awaken your cells and get you ready for the day.

Alarm, snooze and breathe. Energize.
